Letter from the Chair - January 2017

Happy New Year Members!
 
It’s time to sharpen your pencils and get to work. This year we have our work laid out for us to surpass the high bar that was set by our state and national award winning O’Fallon Chamber in 2016. I’d like to give special thanks to the hard work and great leadership of our 2016 Chairman, Mark Crank and his Board of Directors, President Erin Williams, and her staff and, of course, you, our membership.

The good news is WE CAN and WE WILL exceed those expectations! I have great faith that in 2017 our organization will continue to reach new heights, and in doing so, help each of our businesses grow, and our community thrive! Our organization offers so much.  As members we must embrace the networking, education, mentoring, and advocacy OCCI offers. If you are like many of us
 
This year, I ask that you be sure to engage in, take advantage of and support the Small Business Resource Center and Healthy Workplace initiatives that are just getting started so that they can become a strong part of our programming.
 
There are a ton of great events and seminars scheduled for 2017 so get those OCCI dates on your calendar now, so you won’t miss out, and let's make 2017 another winner!
