​The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce & Industries is pleased to announce that Nina DeAngelo has been named Vice President of the Chamber.
 
DeAngelo has served as Director of Member Engagement for the Chamber for almost 6 years, overseeing member retention and engagement, and other committees within the organization. Prior to becoming a staff member, DeAngelo was a member of the O’Fallon Chamber and held a seat on the Board of Directors.
 
Chamber Chairman of the Board, Bob Engert said, “Nina is a proven leader. Since the Chamber is in a time of transition, we’re taking the opportunity to shine a brighter light on the core functions of the organization. This move will allow the Chamber to more effectively leverage the experience and influence Nina has gained from her time working with the Chamber and the community. I am excited for this opportunity for her and the organization.”

The O’Fallon Chamber of Commerce and Industries announced the appointment of Kathy Duck as their new President and CEO. Duck’s first day in the role will be December 3.
 
As President and CEO, Duck will build and implement strategies to strengthen the business community in O’Fallon and surrounding areas. She will also focus on collaborative efforts with neighboring communities to enhance the quality of life in St. Charles County.
 
“We are very excited to have Kathy join the team,” said Bob Engert, of Edward Jones and 2018 Chair of the O’Fallon Chamber Board of Directors. “Having experience in the Chamber industry, she will bring great energy and vision to this role, and we are eager to work with her.”
 
Duck’s previous professional experience includes serving as Executive Director of Small Business for the Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce in Oklahoma, as well as Loaned Executive for the Tulsa Area United Way’s 2013 Campaign.
 
“I'm excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve O’Fallon businesses and the community,” said Duck. “The City of O’Fallon is a fast-growing community and full of passionate citizens. I am looking forward to continuing to dream big with O’Fallon Chamber members and community leaders. “
 
Duck holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Texas, and is pursuing her Institute for Organization Management Graduate Recognition from the US Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. R. James Ottomeyer III (Dr. Jim) has been in private practice for over 20 years. He prides himself on his dedication to God, his family, his country, his community, and of course, his patients. Dr. Jim attended Logan University where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic, B.S. in Life Sciences, and his certifications in Sports Chiropractic and Acupuncture. He further continued his education and received his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from John Thomas College.

In the next year, we plan on building a new state of the art Chiropractic and Functional Medicine facility at 199 Frontier Park and Feise Rd across from Fresh Thyme Market. This will be a 5000 square foot facility that will house over 7 physicians and approx. 10 staff members. This has been a dream for many years, and we have finally made plans to make this possible. We have been truly blessed by our patients, and our growth over the years has been incredible. The O’fallon Chamber of Commerce and  our community involvement has been a key part in our success in the past, the present and in the future. It is an exciting time at Frontier Health!
